Rosh Chodesh Sivan Virtual Minyan
Sunday, May 24⋅10:00 – 11:15am
Pardes Hannah’s Rosh Chodesh Online Minyan meets monthly to celebrate the new moon, weaving davening with teachings from Kabbalah on the unique qualities of each Hebrew month, which offer special opportunities for inner reflection and spiritual growth.
One of the focal points of Sivan relates to the spiritual quality of movement from open heart-mind consciousness to action that offers healing for the community. With Shavuot approaching, Rosh Chodesh Sivan reminds us that receiving Torah and entering the covenant hold the message of Aleinu. It is upon us to work toward wholeness within ourselves and outwardly in loving consideration of the collective.

We welcome in the month of Sivan, a month that encourages us to be open and receptive, so critical at this moment in time when the way forward is clouded and unclear. This month we complete counting the 49 days of the omer, refining ourselves as we approach Shavuot, the day of receiving revelation.
This is the month of greater intimacy, creativity, and love, a time to open our heart energy as we receive guidance on how to move forward with conscious intention and without fear.
The joy of a virtual gathering is that it allows all of us to gather in the comfort and safety of our homes and still be connected and share our experience and hopes.
