Pardes Hannah’s Rosh Chodesh Online Minyan meets monthly to celebrate the new moon, weaving davening with teachings from Kabbalah on the unique qualities of each Hebrew month. As we enter the month of Av, and the nine days of mourning leading up to Tisha B’av, we are invited to focus on the spiritual quality of listening and turning our ears, our attention, to the voices we encounter as well as to the voices within. Through the spiritual technology of deep listening, we are better able to integrate the heart and mind, and cultivate deep compassion.
