Rosh Chodesh Circle, Thursday, March 26 at 7:00 PM, via Zoom

by Lucinda Kurtz

I send you blessings of health and safety during this tumultuous time in our national and global community.  I think it is very critical for us to continue our deep connection and find ways to nurture spiritual and emotional intimacy during this time of physical isolation. To further this intention, I invite you to our Rosh Chodesh Circle on Thursday, March 26 at 7 pm, via Zoom.  As usual, we start our time together with our rituals, chants, and setting of intention followed by understanding the Kabbalistic perception of the energy of the coming month.  We will spend the majority of our time together hearing from each one of you who wishes to speak, to share a poem, a song, your fears and hopes, a new work of art, whatever you are called to share. We will use the technology that is here for us, to continue our open hearted gathering.

As an experiment, I am suggesting we also meet on the evening of the Full Moon, Tuesday, April 7 at 7 pm, also on Zoom.  Let’s all explore what insights we can gain from the light of the Full Moon, the night before the first Passover Seder that we might all be doing virtually as well.  We will be entering the Hebrew month of Nissan, a time of remembering the slavery and bondage in Egypt and the possibility of a radical new reality emerging from chaos and disruption.

For those of you who have never used Zoom, simply click on the link:in the calendar.  You will be brought onto the Zoom platform where we can see and speak with each other.  Megan is preparing a movement piece to help us embody the experience of moving toward a new and unknown freedom.  I send you my love and faith that this unsettled time will lead us to a different reality of greater health and balance.

Blessings,

Lucinda
